Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled Less than 24 hours will Be subject to cancellation fee of 75% No shows will be charged 75% of the quoted / price via service menu on website (if this is an hourly appt it’s 75% of $125 x hours for appt ) text, email and verbal appointments made via phone or in person
Showing Up Late
Clients more than 15 minutes late - with NO contact will be charged an extra $50
Late Clients in General
More than 15 minutes late will get a truncated appt but will pay full cost of original service. + 50 fee
